Our Principal Consultant is a Registered and Chartered Building Practitioner holding licenses both in NSW and Victoria and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Building (MAIB).

He has over 25 years of experience in the Building and Construction industries, with a diverse range of building knowledge. 

From humble beginnings being on the tools as a Carpenter, working for one of the world’s leading Quantity Surveying firms to working as an Estimator/Supervisor for a Building company that specialises in Insurance Repairs and Defect Rectifications works and also working as a Technical Home Assessor for Australia's largest Insurer.

Our Principal Consultant has gained experience from all angles, he understands building project costs and industry rates, what to look for in regards to maintenance and defects on buildings, and what's important for Clients.
